“Carols and Lullabies”

This festive holiday program includes works by Johannes Brahms and Stephen Chatman, three settings of O Magnum Mysterium – by Morten Lauridsen, Giovanni Gabrieli, and our Music Director, Michael Conley – as well as Conrad Susa’s magical Carols and Lullabies: Christmas in the Southwest. A small, eclectic orchestra including harp, guitar, horns, oboe, vibraphone, and marimba promises to bring new depth and color to the choral mix, and a shimmering new sound to traditional holiday favorites.
